The Chief Superintendents of VTU Examination Centres / Principals of affiliated Engineering Colleges are requested to note that, Mal-Practice Cases Consideration Committee (MC3) meeting is scheduled to be held on 24th February 2018 at PG Block, VTU Headquarters, Jnana Sangama, Belagavi at 11:00 AM to enquire into the alleged Malpractice cases Registered during 1st Semester MBA / MCA / M.Tech / M.Arch Full-Time and III Semester M.Tech Part-Time Examinations Jan/Feb 2018 University Examinations.
In this regard, you are requested to inform the candidates booked under malpractice during above cited examinations to be present before the committee on 24th February 2018 to submit their appeal, if any. If the candidates fail to appear before the committee, EXPARTE DECISION will be taken in the matter.

Further,
- The Chief Superintendents are requested to Issue a Memo (format enclosed) instructing the candidates booked under Malpractice to appear before the committee to submit his/ her appeal.
- The Answer paper along with the case sheets of the candidates booked under Malpractice shall be dispatched to the Office of the Undersigned through insured registered parcel, on the same day without fail.
- Subsequent examination papers of the candidates booked under Malpractice shall be sent to the respective valuation centers along with the other candidates answer papers without marking as MPC.
