With reference to the above, the Principals of Constituent and Affiliated Engineering Colleges are requested to note the following in respect of the 8th semester Project work of the students of One Time Exit Scheme:
The Principals of constituent, affiliated and autonomous engineering colleges are requested to bring the contents of this circular to the notice of all the concerned.

- The seminar and project work is to be carried out by both eligible and ineligible students as a requirement of 8th semester as per regulations.
- Mixing of students of Regular 8th Semester and students studying under One Time Exit Scheme for a project is permitted.
- Both eligible and ineligible students are permitted to complete the seminar as a part of 8th semester.
- Both eligible and ineligible students of 8th semester registered under One Time Exit scheme are permitted to complete their project during their regular 8th semester only.
- The Internal Marks in respect of Project work is to be awarded to both eligible and ineligible students.
- The Internal Marks of ineligible students are to be retained with the college until they become eligible.
- The Internal Marks of eligible students are to be submitted to the University along with other IA marks.
- For the External Examinations, the batch is to be prepared for only eligible students.
- The External Examination for the ineligible students will be conducted only after they become eligible for 8th semester as per reference 2 above.
- The students need to retain two copies of the project duly certified by the Guide, HOD and Principal and submit one copy to the Department after they become eligible and before the conduct of External Examinations.
