Job Role and Responsibility : Totally Technical support with regards to windows application support, where in we have voice and semi voice for International client. Any issues with windows software or computer the customers will reach ouAt to the agents and they will resolve the issues through calls or chats
Eligibility Criteria : BE/BCA/MCA/BSC(CS) Grad fresher’s
Company Type : BPO
Additional Requirement :
Percentage Criteria : below 60%
Work Location : Bangalore
Salary As per Convergys : 1,89,372 Per Annual, 15,781 Per Month ( after all deductions 11k take home salary + incentives)

Job Role and Responsibility : Customer service in a accounting domain, issues related any accounting transactions / balance sheet / trial balance / P&L statements
