Ph.D. PROGRAMME REPORTING/REGISTRATION PROCESS:

The candidates who have been issued orders of admission to the Ph.D program shall have to report to the Principal of the concerned college, through the Supervisor, Head of the Department, Chairperson, Board of Studies and the Dean of the Faculty concerned after paying the prescribed fee.

Note:
1. The candidates seeking admission in the University departments have to remit the entire fee through the challans.
2. Research Scholars applying for change of title; change of topic of research; extension of registration; early submission of the thesis shall have to pay processing fee of Rs 1000/- in challan of Telangana University.
3. Research Scholars have to pay submission fee Rs. 2000/- (For SC/ST/PH Rs. 1500/-) at the time of submission of Ph.D. Thesis.

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SUBMISSION OF THE Ph.D. THESIS :

1. Application form duly signed by Dean, Head, Chairperson and Supervisor.
2. Submission fee Challan.
3. A copy Ph.D. Admission Order issued by the Dean.
4. A copy of Joining Report.
5. A copy Time Relaxation Order if any issued by the Registrar or Dean after completion of the original period.
6. A copy title change order if any issued by the Dean.
7. A copy of change of Supervisor in any issued by the Dean.
8. Copies of seminar presentation certificates duly signed by Dean, Head and Chairperson.
9. Re-prints of two publications related to Ph.D. Topic (After Ph.D. admission).
10. A copy of Pre-Ph.D. Memo or M.Phil. Certificate.
11. A copy of PG Certificate.
12. A copy of Plagiarism Certificate.
13. No dues Certificate.
14. Four copies of Abstracts.
15. Four copies of Bound Thesis.
16. Soft copy of Thesis.
