TS SBTET Mid & Unit Test Examinations Time Table - Dec 2018/Jan/March 2019 [C18, C16S, C16]

Please find Time-table herewith enclosed for conduct of C-18 Mid Sem-I & II Theory including drawing Mid Sem-I Examination is scheduled from 15-12-2018 to 19-12-2018, Mid Sem-II is scheduled from 07-02-2019 to 11-02-2019 and C16S/C16 IV/VI-Semester Unit Test-I is scheduled from 17-01-2019 to 21-01-2019 , Unit Test-II is scheduled from 06-03-2019 to 09-03-2019. The question papers will be sent from the Board to the Institutions through EDEP.
All the Principals of Polytechnics are requested to conduct the Mid Sem-I & II for C-18 II-Semester, C16S/C16 IV/VI-Semester Unit Test I & II as per the time-table, having CC cameras in operation integration with SBTET Central facility. In this regard it is informed to provide the IP sharing i.e., user ID to view the footage live at the O/o Secretary, SBTET, Hyderabad. The details shall be sent to the mail id jtsecysbtet@telangana.gov.in. In this context the Institutions which have not yet installed the CC Cameras/Surveillance system are informed to install them in all exam halls, control room and keep ready for recording.
Hence, you are informed to arrange for completion of syllabus as per schedule and take up all the steps to receive the Question papers through EDEP Portal. The practical examination shall be conducted after Mid Sem theory exams, in the regular time slot for such labs as per academic time table.
The copy of the Time-table may be placed on the Notice Board for the benefit of the students. The above Time-tables are also placed in the SBTET website i.e. www.sbtet.telangana.gov.in under the link “Time Tables”.
Hence, it is informed that in case of any discrepancies, the same shall be informed to the Board immediately through mail to dysecy2-sbtet@telangana.gov.in.
