GENERAL INSTUSTRCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATES :
  1. Prohibited items, such as watches, books, paper chits, magazines electronic gadgets(mobile phones, Bluetooth devices, headphones, pen/buttonhole cameras, scanner, calculator, storage devices etc) are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the examination lab. If any such item is found in the possession of a candidate in the examination lab, his/her candidature is liable to be cancelled and criminal proceedings shall be initiated against him/her as per Public Examination Act 25 of 1997.
  2. Paper for rough work would be provided in the examination room, electronic Watch (timer) will be available on the computer screen allotted to candidates.
  3. Candidates shall be permitted to appear in the exam center at venue as specified in the Hall Ticket only , as per reporting time.
  4. No candidate is allowed to leave the examination center before completion of the examination for any reason, once the candidate leaves the lab without the permission of the exam functionaries, he/she shall not be allowed to re-enter the examination center and shall be debarred form the examination.
  5. If any candidate is found obstructing the conduct of the examination or creating disturbances or tampering cable / computer peripherals at the examination venue, his /her candidature shall be summarily cancelled. Such candidates will be asked to leave the hall and shall be liable for criminal proceedings against him/her under the Public Examinations (Prevention of the Malpractices and unfair means) Act, 25 of 1997.
  6. Candidates are instructed not to use Mehendi or any colour on thumbs & fingers as the impression will be captured at the time of Examination.
  7. The candidates must produce hall tickets for verification alongwith at least one original valid identification card (for example: Aadhaar-UID/ Ration Card /Student ID Card issued by the college last studied.,
  8. The Candidates who have applied intermediate with vocational course are permitted to sit in the common entrance examination provisionally, they cannot claim any equity in their favour and their result of the examination shall be subject to the final decision/orders of the Hon’ble High Court of Telangana in WP No.6482/2019.
  9. The information pertaining to the candidates given in the Hall Ticket is as submitted by the candidates through ONLINE application for TGDEECET-2026. Hence, candidates alone are responsible for the entries made by her / him.
  10. The candidate's eligibility for TGDEECET-2026 is not verified at the time of ONLINE application. Issue of Hall Ticket and appearance at the test does not automatically entitle the Applicant's eligibility for admission.
  11. Candidate shall listen to the instructions announced by the Invigilator carefully. After login, candidate shall read the instructions carefully especially the list of symbols related to answering the online examination. No clarifications or doubts related to the questions of the examination paper will be entertained during the examination.
  12. In case candidate detects any hardware or software problems with the computer provided, she / he may raise hand and talk to the invigilator. The problem will be rectified immediately. Incase the problem is not rectified within a reasonable time; the computer will be changed for that candidate. Countdown timer stops during the change, so candidate will not lose any time during the process of changing the computer.
  13. Candidates shall follow the website for any updates after the examination including release of key and results.
  14. Examination centers do not have security facility for safekeeping of candidate's valuable devices or personal belongings. The examination Center does not bear any responsibility for loss of valuable devices or personal belongings. Hence, candidates are advised not to carry any valuable devices / things to the examination centre.
  15. Persons with benchmark disabilities as specified under Section 2 (r) & persons with specified disabilities covered under Section 2 (s) of the RPwD Act,2016 shall be provided the assistance of 'Scribe' as per the Guidelines in force issued by DEPwD, GOI

Note : NO CANDIDATE IS ALLOWED TO ENTER INTO THE EXAMINATION VENUE AFTER ENTRY CLOSING TIME AS MENTIONED IN THE HALL TICKET AS PER SESSION. CANDIDATES MUST STRICTLY ABIDE BY THE INSTRUCTION GIVEN BY THE EXAM FUNCTIONARIES (CENTER SUPERVISOR/ INVIGILATOR, ETC.,)
