The 2nd Convocation of Telangana University to be held in the month of October-2018 for the conferment of Degree on the successful completion of Bachelor Degree, Master Degree and Doctoral Degree Courses of candidates who have completed and passed their examination conducted by this University during the academic years: 2013-14, 2014-15, 2015-16, 2016-17, 2017-18.
The Convocation fee amount Rs.600/- (Six Hundred Only) has to pay through B-Challan or Online Payment to the Account Number 31079102875, SBI, TG University Branch, Suddapally, IFSC CODE: SBIN0013804. (Mention Online Payment Journal / UTR Number or B-Challan Number in the Application Form).

Note:
1. The exact date, time and venue of the convocation will be notified in due course, in Newspaper/University website: www.telanganauniversity.ac.in.
2. The convocation application can be downloaded from the University website www.telanganauniversity.ac.in.
3. Application form duly filled in along with copy of Aadhar card, Marks Memo, Provisional Certificate of examination passed together with two latest passport size photos should be submitted to the Principals of the College concerned.
4. The Principals of the respective colleges are requested to receive the filled in convocation application forms from the students and after verification including outstanding dues if any, submit to the Controller of Examinations, Telangana University.
5. The candidate who have already taken their degree certificates are not eligible to apply. If they do so, the fee paid will not be refunded.
6. Besides, the Candidate has to pay an Alumni Fee Rs. 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only) Paid through B-Challan or Online Payment to the Account Number 31079102875, SBI, TG University Branch, Suddapally, IFSC CODE: SBIN0013804. Which will be collected by the Principal of the concerned college separately dated not later than 14-08-2018. The Principal in turn will submit to the Controller of Examinations as per the schedule given. The Alumni Registration form is attached to the Convocation form itself.
7. Candidates who fail to submit application forms with the prescribed fee are required to obtain the Degree in Absentia.
8. The Gold Medal recipients, Toppers of all courses and Ph.D. Degree Awardees will only be allowed to receive their degrees in person at the Convocation or by post in absentia, and rest of the Degree Certificate of Bachelor Degree and Master Degree Courses will have to collect from the office of the Controller of Examinations, Dichpally, Nizamabad after two weeks of the convocation held. The Provisional list of Gold Medal recipients and Toppers of all courses will be displayed on the Telangana University website www.telanganauniversity.ac.in.
