Subject exemption

If we skip one subject,then how will it effect the overall percentage. And how will it effect if we skip two subjects. As per R13 regulations.

Sir, plz clear this doubt.

If you skip 1 or 2 subjects then % will be calculated by leaving those 2 subjects which will increase the overall %

But i have heard that it will decreases the overall percentage.
Sir, is there any difference between the student who skip a subject and the one who has cleared all the subjects, in terms of percentage.

Will benefit both the students who left 1, 2 subjects or for students who cleared all subjects.
