It is hereby notified for information of all the candidates that M. Pharmacy I, III & IV Semester Examinations will be held in the month of Jan., 2019. The following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of application forms:

I Semester :

• Last date without late fee : 22.12.2018
• Last date with a late fee of Rs. 300/- : 28.12.2018
• Last date for submission of filled-in application forms by Colleges : 29.12.2018

FEE PARTICULARS:

• For all Papers : Rs.1150+30+20
• Up to 2{Two) Papers : Rs. 650+30+20

III Semester :

• Last date without late fee : 22.12.2018
• Last date with a late fee of Rs. 300/- : 28.12.2018
• Last date for submission of filled-in application forms by Colleges : 29.12.2018

FEE PARTICULARS:

• Comprehensive viva - voce : Rs.1100+30+20

IV Semester :

• Last date without late fee : 22.12.2018
• Last date with a late fee of Rs. 300/- : 28.12.2018
• Last date for submission of filled-in application forms by Colleges : 29.12.2018

FEE PARTICULARS:

• For all Papers : Rs.1000+30+20

Note :

• All IV Semester Regular Candidates must have to pay Rs. 300/- for Consolidated Memo and Rs. 300/- for Provisional Certificate along with Examination fee.
• Candidates have to submit a Xerox copy of Memorandum of Marks of the qualifying examination or the examination previously appeared along with the application form .
• APPLICATION FORM WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM ANY CANDIDATE.
