It is hereby notified for information of all the candidates that B. Pharmacy II Year II Semester (Backlog), Ill Year II Semester (Regular & Backlog), IV Year II Semester (Regular & Backlog) Examinations will be held in the month of MAY, 2019. The following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of application forms:

  • Last date without late fee : 30.04.2019
  • Last date with a late fee of Rs. 300/- : 03.05.2019
  • Last date for submission of filled-in application forms by Colleges : 04.05.2019

FEE PARTICULARS:
  • More than 2 Papers : Rs. 950+20+30*
  • Upto 2 Papers : Rs. 550+20+30*

Note :
  • All IV Year II Semester Regular Candidates must have to pay Rs. 300/- for Consolidated Memo and Rs 300/- for Provisional Certificate along with Examination fee.
  • Candidates have to submit a Xerox copy of Memorandum of Marks of the qualifying examination or the examination previously appreared along with the application form
  • APPLICATION FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED DIRECTLY FROM ANY CANDIDATE
