The 56th & 57th ANNUAL CONVOCATION of the University for the Conferment of Bachelor, Master, Engg.,M.Phil., and Ph.D., Degrees on successful candidates will be held during the month of the October, 2018. The last date for receipt of filled in Application forms is 10-09.2018. The actual date of Convocations will be notified in due course.
The candidates who passed the Post Graduate Courses viz., M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.F.M, M.B.A., M.C.A., M.Ed., M.Tech., M.PED., MLISC, M.L., M.Phil., Ph.D., MSIS, MSBM, M.Pharmacy etc., and whose results were published in 2013 & 2014 or earlier are eligible for admission into the above convocations.
The candidates declared eligible for the award of Ph.D.Degrees for the year 2013 & 2014 or earlier are eligible for admission into the above convocations.
The candidates who passed Post Graduate Courses, M.Phil and Ph.D., through Three Constituent Colleges of S.V. University, Tirupati , and the S.V.U. College of Engineering , Tirupati, the erst-while S.V.U.P.G. Centre, Kavali, and S.V.U. P.G. Centre, Kadapa presently V.S. U, P.G. Center, Kavali, Nellore District and Y.V.U, Y.S.R. Kadapa Districts will be admitted to their respective Degrees either “IN PERSON” or “IN ABSENTIA” . The candidates who desire to attend the convocation and to receive the above Degree “ IN PERSON” may apply for “IN PERSON”. The Degrees of the candidates, who are not able to attend the convocation and apply for “IN ABSENTIA” will be sent by Regd. Post , soon after the Convocation is over.
The candidates who are awarded with Gold medals and Prizes shall be admitted to the Convocation ‘ IN PERSON’ only.
The candidates who passed Post Graduate courses through Affiliated Colleges/Directorate of Distance Education, S.V.University / Private study shall be admitted to their respective Degrees “ IN ABSENTIA” only.
The candidates who passed B.A., B.A.(OL), B.Com, B.Sc, B.Sc (Home Science) B.Ed., B. Tech., B.L., BGL., BLISC., BBM., B.PED, and BCA, B.Pharmacy etc., and whose results were published in 2013 and 2014 or earlier will be admitted to their respective Degrees under‘IN ABSENTIA’. The Degrees relating to these candidates will be sent to the Principals of the Colleges concerned. The Degrees relating to the Private candidates will be sent to the Candidates by Registered Post soon after the convocation is over.
The Eligible candidates who are intending to receive their Degrees in the above Convocation, may obtain the application form, from the Office of the CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, S.V. UNIVERSITY, TIRUPATI ,Andhra Pradesh, in person or (by post by sending a requisition along with self addressed stamped (Rs.40/-) envelope (23x10cm) or download through www.svuniversity.edu.in.
The filled in application forms along with the enclosures in original shall be submitted in person or by post to the CONTROLLER OF EXAMINATIONS, S.V.UNIVERSITY, TIRUPATI-517 502, so as to reach the office on or before 10.09.2018 by 5.00 P.M. together with the following fee paid into State Bank of India /Andhra Bank through On line Banking “E – Challan” into Account No. 31573992207 / 103210100016716, respectively, available on Website and also available at State Bank of India /Andhra Bank, SVU Campus Branches, Tirupati.

The University is not responsible for any postal delay or loss in transit. The application received after the last date (10-09-2018) shall be rejected and returned automatically.

- PG/M.phil/Ph.D(for students of SVU Affiliated colleges/D.D.E/Private) : Rs. 450/-
