Regrading subject

My entire 2nd year is R16 in short memos sir and 3rd and 4th year in R18 now M-4 is 2-1 R16 I belong with R16 or R18 in University they saying since you detained can't apply for subject exception you have to complete that subject but however in the memo 2 subjects credits are automatically removed by them sir

I have joined in R16 2018-19 detained and again continued in R18
Pls suggest me a way out sir since 1 yr I'm writing only 1 subject I'm feeling helpless I have studied and wrote but still same marks sir

Pls suggest me a way sir I don't know whom to ask

R18 rules are applicable for you. Subject exemption not applicable. You can apply for grace marks if you have eligible internal and external marks.
