Actually I’m trying to apply for Universities for Master’s degree. So I need 3-2 memo or transcript.
Results were declared in the last week of October.

It might take more than a month to get the memos after results are announced. Try to get the memo in tatkal mode from JNTUH students service counters if you are in urgent need of memos. I still think they have not yet updated the transcripts for 3-2 semester in the student services portal.
