Regarding non credit mandatory course

Hello I'm b pharmacy student r17 regulation and i was absent in environmental sciences course so when the result came out i had absent and i tried to register for it next semester but there were no registration for it .. my question is .. will i be able to get my degree without it or do i have to pass it and if i have to pass it what should i do ?

They will be conducted along with the Regular/Supplementary. To which year/semester does this subject belong to ?
