Regarding M4 exam

Hello I have joined in JNTUH in R16 2019 after diploma as later entry later detained and continued next year now I cleared all my subjects but M4 so many times I wrote I couldn't able to clear sir Pls pls help me what to do now sir subject exception or Grace marks what I have to do ?

Use subject exemption to get the memos or if you are eligible you can even apply for grace marks.

I'm detained so they are saying you have to write this exam so I can apply for subject exception now I belong to R16 or R18 even if I got detained I can apply for it?

What to do sir just bcz of 1 subject I have wasted. 1yr writing it no matter how much I read and write still not getting that subject

My entire 2nd year is R16 in short memos sir and 3rd and 4th year in R18 now M-4 is 2-1 R16 I belong with R16 or R18 in University they saying since you detained can't apply for subject exception

Pls suggest me a way out sir since 1 yr I'm writing only 1 subject I'm feeling helpless I have studied and wrote but still same marks sir
