Regarding Grace Marks for R16 2017 Batch

Sir I have only 1 backlog in 4-2....so I am applying for Grace Marks for that subject...sir but till now 4-2 memos are not released ...but it was mentioned that in order to apply for grace marks we need to have the original marks memo ....sir can we apply for grace marks by using 4-2 result xerox?????
 
Sir if we apply for grace marks by using 4-2 result xerox..will they accept????..many of them are saying we can apply for grace marks by using 4-2 result xerox...

Sir 8 credits . Sodoes not add grace marks.I will writte cbt exam ?.when we conducting sir alredy fee paid plese give information sir
