JNTUH Regarding fees

Hi sir,
Is their any option to pay exam fee in another way?Because in our their asking to pay fines for fee dues Thier asking to pay 2000 fine for 8000 due.Is their any other way or waycto complain on this?
 
You need to pay the fee only at your respective college. No other option is available as of now.
