Regarding duplicate memo

Because of my college faculty mistake I lost my 3-2 memo and have backlog in that semester. If I apply for duplicate memo to jntu after my results will it get updated in that memo Or it will be seperate.
 
It will be separate memo. better to apply for a duplicate memo now.

You can't apply through online for duplicate memo. Follow the process given in the below url only
