R22 Grace marks notification when?

i am JNTUH affiliated college student and i need immediate grace marks, how much time will it take for me to get applied for my grace marks

i got admitted to the college in 2022 but i am an UG20/R20 student, in my college exams also i follow the R20 guidelines, so are there grace marks for me? my college said we are waiting for the approval for grace marks from JNTUH? will grace marks be added for me
