JNTUH R09 EDP to R13 EDP

I had only one backlog EDP in first year it's regulation r09.from 2-1 to 4_2 my regulation R13 .from my college examination staff said u no longer belong to r09 u belong to r13 so can I leave EDP nowand also to which regulation do I belong

Sorry i don't have info for readmitted students. contact your exam cell staff for further info on exemption rule.
