r 17 batch 2017 , no excemption provided by autonomous college

i am 2017-2021 batch student having 1 backlog still , i am from an autonomous college .
my college gave notice that we don't have excemption where as jntuh have it as i heard .
anyway can i ask for it , because i went to jntuh main campus and they said we don't have link to autonomous colleges .
