Query of Grace marks for R16 and R18 (who studied in both Regulations)

Hello all. This is Chandu here, as i have a lot of queries but primarily i would like to ask this as its going to be change my life and handover my degree. I have joined in a X college in 2018 as a lateral candidate in R16, but due to lack of credits i have got detained and not promoted to 3rd year. Later a year again i have resumed my course in 3rd year along with my juniors in R18. At present im attending One Time Chance examinations. I have a total of 3 subjects to complete right now inorder to get my Degree. 1 from R16 (M4) 2 from R18 (MI , PSOC). I have got my name in the grace marks list which is shown by my college for the subects from R18. So my doubt is , am i eligible to apply the Grace marks ( for R16 - M4) if i pass any one of the subject from this OTChance examinations ?

I got some info from a random guy throgh telegram, as he said one of his friend also had same situation like me (R16 to R18) and he applied for Grace for the R16 subject and their college has accepted his application and he received hid PC and CMM.

Please reply patiently by collecting some info. I appreciate your time and efforts for Collecting information and Replying here.

I'm from the R16 batch. After my second year, I was detained and continued 3rd year in R18 regulation and applied for grace marks on March 5th, and my PC got updated on May 16th
 
I need to know highest marks gained in M4 subject according to my records I have 12marks external and 15marks internal I need to know whether I am eligible for gracemarks or not by this or highest scored marks in overall academic performance

I have 2subjects for exception they are c programming -3credits
Data analytics -3credits
M4 subject marks are 12-external
15internal
Whether through jntuh records if scored highest in overall academic performance till now I need to know whether I am eligible for gracemarks or not by all these
 
If you have 14 marks internal 16 marks external add grace 10 marks total marks 40 means passed✅️ , if other two subjects have 3 3 credits i.e. total 6 you can exempt them under subject exemption

But I went through University and colleges no one responding regarding eligibility how to know for applying pc cmm any option by ur side if possible try sir
