It is hereby notified that the Pharm-D (6YDC) VI Year (Regular) and Pharm-D (3YDC) III Year (Regular) for the assessment of Internship of this University will be conducted in the month of July, 2018. The last date for payment of fee for the assessment and submission of application forms is as follows.
FEE DETAILS :
Candidates have to submit their duly completed application forms in all respects at the office of the Principal of the concerned college.
The payment of examination fee and submission of examination application forms is as follows:
For Students : Payment of Examinations fee and submission of Examination application forms at their respective colleges.

FEE DETAILS :
- Examination fee is Rs.1,110/- + Memorandum of marks is Rs.60/- .
- For consolidated memo Rs.350/-+ Rs.60/- For Provisional certificate.
- Total Fee : Rs.1580/-
