The schedule for practical examinations of UG (B.A/B.Com/B.Sc) Semester-I & III (Regular) November, 2017 under CBCS is as follows:
All the Principals / Chief Superintendents are instructed to conduct the UG Practical Examinations November, 2017 for I & III semesters (Regular) following the guidelines given below.
1. Prepare the Time table for Practical Examinations (batch wise) covering all the subjects (having practical) and intimate the same to the concerned candidates.
2. The Principals/Chief Superintendents are instructed to send the practical timetable to the Exam Branch through email-id (puexambranch@gmail.com) on or before 21-11-2017.
3. Conduct the Practical Examinations on the basis of Nominal Rolls submitted to the Branch or on the basis of Hall Ticket of the candidate by appointing two examiners (Internal + External) for each subject either from your college or from other degree college affiliated to PU each examiner having a minimum of two years of teaching experience in the subject.
4. Submit the award lists online through PU support on the same day of examination.
5. Also submit the award lists in duplicate along with Attendance statements kept in separate covers (subject wise) and the Practical Answer Scripts, bundled separately (subject wise) with the Examination branch, PU on or before 02-12-2017.
NOTE: The Chief Superintendents are requested to submit the awarded practical marks through online on the same day of examination without fail.
