OU Revised Fee Structure for UG Courses From The Academic Year 2024-2025
Osmania University ( OU ) Sir/Madam, The University, vide reference under Ist & 2nd cited, has Permitted the affiliated Degree Colleges (non-autonomous) offering Unaided Courses to collect Rs.10,000/- as other fees/non-reimbursable fees from the students w.e.f. 2016-2017 apart from the course fee.
Subsequently, during the year 2023-2024, a committee was constituted by the university, to review the UG fee structure. The Committee has recommended an enhancement of the fee from 2023-2024 and also to enhance every year by 10% to overcome the inflation. The recommendations were approved by the Executive Council at its meeting held on 01-06-2023 and UG fee structure was revised w.e.f. 2023-2024 as per the approved recommendations UG fee structure is enhanced by 10% of existing fee vide reference under 3rd cited for the academic year 2024-2025.
In light of the above, the Vice Chancellor has accorded approval for affiliated degree college (non-autonomous) under the jurisdiction of Osmania University, offering Unaided programs to collect the other fees/non reimbursable fees not exceeding Rs.7,500/-(Seven thousand five hundred rupees only) from the students for the academic year 2024-2025 instead of Rs 10,000/.
In view of the above it is directed not to collect any extra amount other than the approved fees as prescribed by the University, any deviation in the matter would be viewed seriously.
