I am herewith enclosing the Memos of B.Sc (ASLP) I , II & III year of Supplementary 2015 Examinations. In this regard I am to inform you that the last date for submitting the Re-Valuation application form is 25.02.2016. Kindly inform the same to the concerned candidates. The fee for Revaluation of Scripts and Recounting of marks is . 200/- per paper has to be paid through RTGS/NEFT for credit into “The Registrar, Exam Fee Fund Account, OU” A/c No. 52198262033 from any Nationalised Bank.
The Candidate will be provided photocopy of his/her theory answer script on payment. The request for photocopy of answer script should be submitted in the prescribed proforma available on OU Website by the concerned candidate duly attested by the principal; of the college along with
The request for Revaluation/Photocopy of answer script will be accepted at the Examination Branch from 15-02-2016 to 25-02-2016. Candidate who desire to apply for Revaluation should apply separately without waiting for the photocopy of answer script.
1. Fee for Revaluation is Rs.200 per paper.
2. Fee for Photocopy of Theory answer script is Rs.1000.00 per paper.
