Osmania University - OU It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned that the Pharm-D (6 YDC) VI - Year and Pharm-D (3 YDC) (Post Baccalaureate) III Year (Main & Backlog) Internship Examinations, August - 2024.

Following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of examination application forms at the Office of the concerned Principals of respective Colleges.

To Colleges : 1 Pay the consolidated Examination fee through online payment option (Net Banking/RTGS option provided in online application) only. 2 Submission of E.A.F. online	17-08-2024

Fee Particulars : Rs. 3000/-

• CMM = Rs. 600/- + Provisional Certificate : Rs. 150/- (600 + 150 = Rs. 750/-)
• For all Regular students (I to V Year) has to pay Rs. 100/- along with Exam Fee for Bio Metric Attendance Monitoring.

The Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb students (who have 40% of minimum Disability) need not to pay Examination Fee as per O.0 Order No. 1555/228/2007-08/Budget-V, dated: 25-03-2008. A Xerox Copy of Medical Certificate must be attached to the EAF.
