Osmania University ( OU ) Osmania Language Certificate Course (Regular & Backlog), Pre-Degree Course I & II Year (Regular & Backlog), BA(Languages) (YWS) & MA (Languages) (YWS) Backlog Examinations Notification - March/April 2025
Osmania University - OU It is hereby notified for the information of all concerned that the Osmania Language Certificate Course (Regular & Backlog) Pre-Degree-Course I & II Yr (Regular and Backlog) , B.A.(Languages) I, II & III year (Backlog) (YWS) & M.A.(Languages) I & II Year (YWS) ( Backlog), including Centre for Distance Education (CDE) courses i.e., B.A.(Languages) (3 YDC) -I, II & III year ( Backlog) Examinations to be scheduled during the month of March/April. 2025. The detailed Time-Table and Examination Centers will be notified later.
Following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of examination application forms at the Office of the concerned Principals of respective Colleges.

Osmania Language Certificate Course for all Papers (Freshers) : Rs.1590/- + 150/-
Osmania Language Certificate Course for One or Two Papers : Rs.1175/- +150/- For Menlo Rs.100/-

2.
Pre-Degree-Course For All Papers I/ II Year : Rs.1590/- +15W- For Memo

*PDC Course -I/II Yr. biometric Fee(Regular Candidates) : Rs.100/-

NOTE: The Candidates who are appearing for Osmanla Language Certificate Course, PDC-II year, B.A. (Languages)-III Year and M.A.(Languages)-Final Year Examination should pay Rs.250=00 extra along with The Exam fee for Provisional Certificate
The Candidates who are appearing for PDC-II year, B.A.(Languages)-Iii Year and M.A.(Languages)- Final Year Examination should pay Rs.500=00 extra along with the Exam fee for Consolidated Memo of Certificate.
Candidates from other Board /Universities should enclose their Original Migration Certificate together with a fee of Rs.3001- In addition to the Examination Fee.
Candidates who have applied for Revaluation also have to pay the Examination fee as per the above schedule without waiting for the results of Revaluation as the case may be. As per the Rules of the University, candidates are admitted to Osmania Language Certificate Course, Pre-Degree-Course, B.A.(Languages) & M.A.(Languages) courses must complete the course of study as duly registered candidates in double the duration of the course. They are however, eligible to clear the backlog papers, if any, for which they have to pay a special examination fee of Rs.1000/- per paper in addition to the normal examination fees, within next two (2) years immediately after the prescribed period of study (i.e. double the duration of the course).
The Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb students (who have 40% of minimum Disability) need not to pay Examination Fee as per O.U Order No. 1555/228/2007-08/Budget-V, dated: 25-03-2008. A Xerox Copy of Medical Certificate must be attached to the EAF.
