In consultation with the Chairperson, Board of Studies in Informatics, it is decided to conduct the Project Viva I Examination of M.C.A. III Year II Semester (Main & Backlog) as per the given below schedule.
  • 18-06-2018 TO 22-06-2018 (PROJECT VIVA)
The respective college shall be the CENTRE for conducting the above Project Viva examination for the students.

You are, therefore, requested to divide the students of your college into two batches as shown below and display the detailed time table of your college and inform the students concerned accordingly. The award lists should reach this office immediately after the examination.
  • First Batch: From 09.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon
  • Second Batch: From 2.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m.
The names of the external examiners have to be obtained from the Additional Controller of Examinations (Confidential), O.U.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Less than 5 candidates for Project Viva examination can be shifted to nearby college.
