Osmania University M.E / M.Tech AICTE All Branches IV Semester Project Dissertation Examinations Notification - November/December 2025
Osmania University - OU It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned that the M.E./M-Tech. AICTE All Branches IV- Semester PROJECT DISSERTATION (2022-2023 & 2023-2024 batches) Examination November / December-2025.
The last date for payment of Examination fee and submission of Examination application forms (EAF online) as shown below:-
Examination Fee :
1. Project Dissertation and Submission Fee = Rs. 4000/-
2. Students need to pay and additional fee for Consolidated Memo, Migration Certificate & Provisional = Rs. 925/-
The candidates who have registered in the academic year 2021-2022 candidates are also eligible for Project Dissertation Submission. However, their eligibility ends on 31st December, 2025 for Project Dissertation Submission.
This Notification is applicable for The M.E./M.Tech. Students who have completed their course work up to V Semester, and eligible to submit the thesis. The examination fee along with 02(two) sets of hard bound thesis books, project internal evaluation reports and marks memo's are to be submitted for the conduct of external project viva-voice examination. A soft copy of the thesis signed by The Guide and The Head of the Department has to be sent to the official mail id oumethesis@gmail.com
The Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb students (who have 40% of minimum Disability) need not to pay Examination Fee as per O.U Order No. 1555/228/2007-08/Budget-V, dated: 25-03-2008. A Xerox Copy of Medical Certificate must be attached to the EAF.
