Osmania University ( OU ) M.E / M.Tech (AICTE) All Branches I Semester Main Examinations Notification - March 2026
Osmania University - OU It is hereby notified for the information of all the concerned that the M.E./M-Tech. (AICTE) I-Semester (Main) and Re-Registered Students of All Branches for the academic year 2025-2026 examinations. The Examinations are commencing in the month of March - 2026 and the detailed time table will be issued in due course. The last date for payment of Examination fee and submission of Examination application forms (EAF online) as shown below:-
Following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of examination application forms at the Office of the concerned Principals of respective Colleges.
Fee Particulars :
For Regular Students :
1. For Each semester pay : Rs. 2940/-
For Backlog Students :
1. Examination upto 4 Papers in a semester : Rs. 1800/-
2. Above 4 papers per the semester : Rs. 2940/-
Note :
1. All the M.E./M-Tech. (AICTE) I Sem (For only Regular) Students have to pay an additional amount of Rs. 100/- extra along with their main exam fees for O.U. Aadhaar Based Biometric Attendance System (ABAS) and SMS invoice Charges.
2. The Blind, Physically Disabled, Deaf & Dumb students (who have 40% of minimum Disability) need not to pay Examination Fee as per O.U Order No. 1555/228/2007-08/Budget-V, dated: 25-03-2008. A Xerox Copy of Medical Certificate must be attached to the EAF.
