The Telangana State Government vide memo cited (copy enclosed), have declared the Birth Anniversary (Jayanthi) of Sri. Kaloji Narayana Rao, Poet on 9th September as a State Function and directed all the Universities to celebrate it in a befitting manner every year.
In view of the above, all the Offices/Colleges/Departments under the administrative control of Osmania University are hereby informed to comply with the instructions of the Government.
