About Automotive Manufacturers : Automotive Manufacturers Private Limited (AMPL) was incorporated in the year 1948.As a main dealers of Leyland commercial vehicles, UK.The journey from there has lead Automotive to currently attain dealership of brands like Mahindra & Mahindra, Kobelco, Audi, Volkswagen, Renault and Ford. Our current customer base is over 6 Lakh and over 6000 High Net worth Individuals – and still growing – spread across the States of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Maharashtra and Karnataka.

Job Title : Graduate Trainee

Who can apply : June 2018/2017/2016 pass outs B.Com, B.A& polytechnic diploma and regular graduates. Minimum 60% in 10th,Inter & Degree

Location : Anywhere in A.P & Telangana

Compensation : 1st year – 12000/- Stipend; Post one year, Salary – 1.5Lakh – 2.5Lakh.

Job Purpose : To enable trainees to become tomorrow’s emerging leaders who can drive the organizations goals, by providing high intensity training programs.

Graduate Trainee Program Design:
  • 1 Month - In-House training(Technical & Behavioral training)
  • 11 Month – Vertical wise on-the-job training Post which candidates will be placed in verticals according to their competencies.

  • Lead Generation
  • Process Adherence

  • CRM with current customer base
  • Finds new target markets and penetrates them to drive sales
  • Discovers how to market products to new users
  • Understands how to make products appeal to consumer needs.
  • Works with the marketing department to develop new sales strategies.
