It is hereby notified that the Ph.D. Course Work Examinations of Osmania University to regular 2011-2012 & 2012-2013 batches and backlog candidates of 2009-2010 & 2010-2011 batches under the faculties of Arts & Social Sciences / Sciences / Education (including Physical Education) / Commerce / Management / Law / Technology and Pharmaceutical Sciences / Oriental Languages will be conducted in the month of March 2016.
The schedule for payment of Examination fee and submission of Application forms duly completed in all respects at the Office of the Concerned College and the detailed Time – Table and Examination center will be notified in due course.
Last date for payment of Examination fee and submission of Examination Application forms : 27-02-2016 (Saturday)
1. All the candidates who have registered for 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 Batch for the Ph.D. Course Work Examinations are eligible to write.
2. The Examination Application Forms (EAF) are required to be submitt online through college login. Hardcopy of the EAFs to be downloaded and submit at the Examination Branch duly signed by the candidate and the Supervisor, Head, Dean concerned along with photocopy of qualifying examination
3. The Heads are requested to collect the Examination Fee from the candidates. Duly verified ONLINE EXAMINATION APPLICATION FORMS received from the candidates are requested to submit on or before 29-02-2016 along with Nominal Roll, with consolidated FEE statement and Titles of Paper-II in duplicate
Fee Structure:
1. The Prescribed Examination fee is Rs.220 + Rs.60/- (Memo of Marks) + i.e. Total fee of Rs.280/- (for 2011-2012 and 2012-2013 Batches)
2. 2009-2010 and 2010-2011 BATCH BACKLOG CANDIDATES HAVE TO PAY RS.1,000/- PER EACH PAPER ALONG WITH EXAM FEES
Note :
1. The Backlog candidates are advised to enclose the Xerox copies of their latest Memorandum mark memo.
2. All the candidates are advised to enclose the Xerox copies of Qualifying course Certificate & Joining Report and Migration Certificate (Original with a fee of Rs.250/-) for the candidates who have done their PG in the Universities other than OU.
3. A Penal Fee of Rs.1000/- per day shall be levied if the college fails to submit the Examination Application Forms within the stipulated date / time.
4. All the candidates are appearing for Pre-Ph.D. / Ph.D. Course Work examination should write only in English as per the University Rules.
