Designation: Software Quality Assurance & Risk Analyst

Eligibility Criteria:
Software Quality Assurance: B.E/ B.Tech (any discipline) 2017 graduates with minimum 75% throughout the academics and no backlogs only need apply.

Risk Analyst: B.E/B.Tech (CSE, IT & Civil discipline), MBA (Risk Management) 2017 graduates with minimum 75% throughout the academics and no backlogs only need apply.

CTC per Annum: INR 4,00,000

Job Description - Software Quality Assurance:
  • Analyze functional requirements and design specifications & create test plans & test cases with limited guidance.
  • Perform manual and automated testing of AIR software products.
  • Discover, document, verify, and manage software anomalies.
  • Document test results.
  • Evaluate testing results and track them using internal tools/process.
  • Identify QA and testing issues, and generate solutions for process improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with a global team.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of Microsoft test manager and Spec Flow Automation Framework is a plus.
  • Ability to comprehend complex software requirement for multidisciplinary computing tools.

Job Description - Risk Analyst:
  • Should understand, cleanse, validate and prepare catastrophe model exposure data for different Line of Business, Applying Insurance & Re-insurance policy conditions, analysis of client exposure data against to different perils, quantifying natural catastrophe risk based on catastrophe modeling software, preferably Touchstone.
  • Maintain clients Turn around Time and quality all the time.
  • Also understand and interpret the losses, How the catastrophe modeling software (Touchstone) works.

Bond Period: 2 years

Skills Required - Software Quality Assurance:
  • Knowledge working in an agile environment is desirable.
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Insurance/reinsurance knowledge is desirable.
  • Knowledge of SQL is desirable.
  • Programming knowledge such as C, C++, Java, .NET etc is desirable

Skills Required - Risk Analyst:
  • Writing Macros using VB scripts, .NET, Advanced Excel and SQL skills, Underwriting concepts.
  • Listening & presentation skills, getting along with team members, written and oral communication skills

Selection Process:
  • 1st round: Written Test
  • 2nd round: Two rounds of Technical Interview
  • 3rd round: HR Interview
