Not writing regular exam

If we won't write regular exam, then what happens to our credit
What does -1 indicates in our results
Is there any drawback with it, to our promotion to next year
 
"-1" indicates Just absent for the exam. They wont minus your credits. if at all if you clear the subject after supple exams then you would secure the credits allotted for that particular subject. so no need to worry at all about -1.
