Note: This service is temporarily closed and the students can submit their requests in the prescribed form available at Examination Branch. The list of documents to be enclosed:

UG Convocation
(IMBA, IPC, B.P.Ed., UG-D.P.Ed. & B.Tech,)
(Required Attested Xerox Documents in Order)​

1. Challan for Rs: 1000/- Paid at SBI, Anneparthy Branch, Nalgonda.

2. Application Form (with extra one Photo)

3. Previous Study Memo (Intermediate / Diploma)

4. Present Completed Consolidated Memo and Provisional (Degree)

5. Student Aadhaar Card (Optional)

6. SSC Memo / Mother Aadhaar Card (Proof of Mother Name in case if it is not mentioned in previous study certificates)

Note: All the Xerox copies need to Attested by Gazetted Officer.

PG Convocation
(M.A., M.Com., M.Sc., MSW, MBA, MCA, B.Ed. LLB)
(Required Attested Xerox Documents in Order)​

1. Challan for Rs: 1000/- Paid at SBI, Anneparthy Branch, Nalgonda.

2. Application Form (with extra one Photo)

3. Previous Certificate (Degree Convocation only)

4. Present Completed Consolidated Memo and Provisional (PG)

5. Student Aadhaar Card (Optional)

6. SSC Memo / Intermediate / Mother Aadhaar Card (Proof of Mother Name in case if it is not mentioned in previous study certificates)

Note: All the Xerox copies need to Attested by Gazetted Officer.

(On receiving the duly filled in application with all required documents, it shall take a minimum of one month time to issue the certificate)
