- PLEASE SUBMIT THE ENCLOSED FEE ABSTRACT COMPULSORY OTHERWISE FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
- FEE PAID ONCE CANNOT BE REFUNDED OR ADJUSTED FOR ANY FUTURE EXAMINATION.
