leaving two subjects

Sir i am r13 batch i have 2 backlogs in 2--1 sem subjects are (EDC) & (BEE) can i leve that two subjects i am cse branch

No you cant according to revised academic regulations of R13. If yet any changes are made in academic regulations regarding exemption we will let you know.
