Sir i have only i baklog in 1st yr M1 so can i leave the paper i m from r13 batch plz help me out
 
No you cant. As per R13 regulation student can leave 2 elective subjects max of 8 credits. If yet any changes are made in academic regulations regarding exemption we will let you know.
 
ONly elective subject should i leave upto 8 credit and 1st yr paper m1 and other sem m2 not allow to leave??
