JNTUH Leaving 1 subject in 4-2 sem

Sir i am from EEE branch (R13 regulation).I paased all the subjects.but i have 1 backlog in 4-2(i.e EHVAC TRANSMISSION)..SIR can i apply for excemption??
Plz reply sir.. it's very urgent..
I am in a confusion whether to leave that subject or write supply..
Plzzz reply sir it's very urgent as am supposed to go to USA For my further studies..

Irrespective of whether you passed or failed star mark will be indicated in CMM for all students. Star mark indicates those 2 subjects are excluded while calculating final %. There wont be any sort of indication in PC & OD.
