I am to inform you that several applications have been received from ex-candidates of various UG (Professional) and PG (Professional & Non-Professional) courses to clear their back logs in relaxation of time frame in ONE CHANCE in the ensuing examinations to be held during the academic year 2015-2016.
In pursuance of the provisions, in anticipation of the approval of the Standing Committee of the Academic Senate the Vice-Chancellor has accorded permission to the ex-candidates of UG (Professional) and PG (Professional & Non-Professional) courses to clear their back-logs in relaxation of time frame during the academic year 2015-2016 only, subject to the following conditions:
1. Candidates are permitted to clear their back-log papers in relaxation of time frame if there is no technical problem either in conducting examination or in issuing certificates.
2. The candidates have to clear their back-log papers appearing either in old syllabi or equivalent papers in existing syllabi as ascertained by the Chairpersons of the Board of Studies m the discipline concerned.
3. The processing fee of Rs. 750/- for according permission has to be paid by the candidates in "C" Challan of the University payable at the State Bank of Hyderabad, KU Branch, KU Campus. Warangal.
4. The Examination fee is fixed as Rs.2000/- for each paper of Semester to be paid through "B'. Challan of the University at the Examrnation Branch, KU as it involves high expenses on part of the University.
As such, you are requested to inform all the ex-candidates who have bock-logs in any UG (Professional) & PG (Professional anti Non- Professional) Courses accordingly and forward the applications if any from your college to the Examination Branch, KU.
