KU : Pharm.D II, III, IV ,V & VI Year Annual Examinations Fee Notification - September 2018

It is hereby notified that the Pharm.D II, III, IV ,V & VI Year Annual Examinations, 2018 will be held in the month of Sep, 2018 . The following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of application forms:

Payment of Fee:

• Without late fee : 04-09-2018
• With late fee of Rs. 250/- : 07-09-2018

FEE PARTICULARS:
II YEAR :

• For all papers : Rs. 1200/-
• Upto 3 (Three) Papers : Rs. 600/-

III, IV, V YEAR :

• For all papers : Rs. 1500/-
• Upto 3 (Three) Papers : Rs. 800/-

VI YEAR :

• For all papers : Rs. 1800/-

Note :

• The Candidates have to submit a xerox copy of the Memo of Marks of their qualifying examination, along with application forms.
• The Candidates should confirm their eligibility as per the norms before remittance of examination fee. It may be noted “Fee once remitted will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.”
• Late fee of Rs.1,000/- will be imposed for according late permission to the Candidates after the due date. However, no application will be entertained after the commencement of examinations.
• The appearance in the examinations by the candidates will be subject to eligibility and promotion norms. They will forego the results of the Exams appeared in deviation of norms.
