It is hereby notified that the Pharm – D I, II, III, IV, V, VI Years Annual Examinations, 2017 will be held in the month of November, 2017. The following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of Online & manual application forms by the candidates concerned at their respective colleges:
Payment of Fee : Last date for payment of exam fee by the Candidates
However, the Last date for the payment of Examination fee for in case of Ex-Candidates is in due course as follows
FEE PARTICULARS :
Pharm.D I Year
Pharm.D II Year
Pharm.D III, IV & V Years
Pharm.D VI Year : Rs. 1850/- Per Candidate.
Instructions to the Candidates:
1) The Candidates have to submit xerox copies of the seat allotment and joining report, B.Pharmacy Certificate and CM of marks of qualifying examination along with their application forms.
2) The Candidates should confirm their eligibility as per the norms before remittance of examination fee. Fee once remitted will not be refunded or adjusted under any circumstances.
3) Late fee of Rs.1,000/- will be imposed for according late permission to the Candidates after the due date. No application will be entertained after the commencement of exams.
4) The appearance in the examinations by the candidates will be subject to eligibility and promotion norms. They will forego the results of the Exams appeared in deviation of norms.

- Without late fee : 02-11-2017
- With a late fee of Rs.250/- : 07-11-2017
However, the Last date for the payment of Examination fee for in case of Ex-Candidates is in due course as follows
- Without Late Fee : 5-Working days after declaration of Supplementary/Revaluation Results.
- With a late fee of Rs.250/- : 7-Working days after declaration of Supplementary/Revaluation Results.

- Up to 3 (Three) Papers : Rs.600/-

- Up to 3 (Three) Papers : Rs.800/-
Pharm.D VI Year : Rs. 1850/- Per Candidate.
