Applications are invited through online from the Students of Krishna University affiliated colleges, who want to apply for revaluation/personal verification in the subjects of Pharma-D I year Examinations, which were held in September, 2015.

The following is the schedule of dates for payment of revaluation fee and receipt of filled in applications for Pharm-D I year examinations.
  1. Last date for payment of revaluation fee/personal verification and submission of filled in applications through online : 05-02-2016
  2. Last date for submission of applications (Spiral bounded books) by the principals concerned to the Controller of examinations : 06-02-2016
The students shall pay fee Rs.910/- for each subject through the Principal of concerned College in Online consolidated Challana to Examination Fee Account State Bank of India, A/C No.30629043551, Main Branch, Machilipatnam - 521001 only.
