Kakatiya University : Pharm D I, II, III, IV Years Supplementary Exams Notification - June/July 2016

It is hereby notified that the Pharm – D I, II, III, IV Year Supplementary Examinations, 2016 will be held in the month of June/July, 2016. The following is the schedule for payment of examination fee and submission of Online &manual application forms by the candidates concerned at their respective colleges:

• Last Date Without late fee : 15-06-2016
• Last Date With a late fee of Rs.250/- : 18-06-2016

FEE PARTICULARS :
1. Pharm-D I Year

A. For all papers : Rs.800/-
B. Up to 3 (Three) Papers : Rs.400/-​

2. Pharm - D II Year

A. For all papers : Rs.1200/-
B. Up to 3 (Three) Papers : Rs.600/-​

3. Pharm - D III Year

A. For all papers : Rs.1500/-
B. Up to 3 (Three) Papers : Rs.800/-​

4. Pharm - D IV Year Annual (Post Baccalaureate)

A. For all papers : Rs.1500/-
B. Up to 3 (Three) Papers : Rs.800/-​

Note: Further, it may please be noted that APPLICATION FORMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AFTER 21-06-2016. For late submission of application forms, a penalty of Rs. 2,000/- per day will be charged against the colleges. The detailed Time-Table will be notified in due course.

Candidates have to submit a xerox copy of Memorandum of Marks of the qualifying examination or the examination previously appeared along with application form. Application form will not be accepted directly from any candidate.
