JNTUK XII Convocation - Circular & Convocation Willingness form
JNTUK It is hereby informed to all the Ph.D. Awardees, Gold Medals, Endowment Gold Medals and Cash Awardees that, the XII Convocation is scheduled to be held on 02/04/2026 (Thursday). Hence, those who wish to receive their Ph.D., original degree/Gold Medal/Cash awards on the XII Convocation Day, have to submit a filled in willingness form (format enclosed herewith) along with Xerox copies of PC and Online OD application receipt (Payment Receipt) to the Director of Evaluation, JNTUK, Kakinada through email depa@jntuk.edu.in
The last date for submission of the willingness form is 16-03-2026.
