I. JNTUK Procedure to Apply for WES/CES/ICES/IQAS/NCEES/SPANTRAN Verification - APPLY THROUGH POST
Non-autonomous college students can follow the procedure below to apply for the Transcripts at the University. Make the payment through SBI COLLECT [ How to Make Payment through SBI Collect ]
Note: The students of the Autonomous colleges can apply for transcripts (PC/CMM/Marks Memo) to the college where the corresponding certificate is issued. However, they can apply for the Original Degree Transcript at the University using the following process.
To apply for transcripts, enclose the Xerox copies of the following and send them through the postal address of the Examination Center.

Step - 1 : Visit https://jntuksdc.co.in/apply_certf.php
Step - 2 : Click on the link "Online Payments of TATKAL PC / Transcripts / Correction / Duplicate Certificates / Postal charges for WES / Medium of Instruction Certificate"
Step - 3 : Search For “REGISTRAR JNTU KAKINADA“
Step - 4 : In Payment Category, Select "WES/CES/ICES/IQAS/NCEES/SPANTRAN VERIFICATION"
Step - 5 : Fill in the required details & Make the payment.

- Payment Receipt:
- Each Transcript costs a payment of Rs 45/-. Postal charges for the certificate(s) Rs. 50/- (Total Transcripts cost in Rs= 45 X Number of Transcripts)
- Payment receipts for Rs 2000/- for the WES request form and Rs 1500/- for the WES portal charge. The payments must be made through SBI COLLECT [ How to Make Payment through SBI Collect ]
- Aadhar Card / Passport: Sign the Aadhar card/ Passport Xerox copy with the date and write the contact number.
- CN22 Form: Sign the CN22 form with the date without filling in the details. It is for the postal use.
- WES Academic Record Request Form: Fill up the form as per your requirement with the WES reference number.
- Academic Document: The Xerox copies of respective academic documents, such as PC/ CMM/OD/Marks Memo(s), must be provided. The academic documents must include the Xerox copies of OD and the PC in the case of the OD transcript application.
