Procedure to apply for Transcripts Through Online: [ Plz Carefully read the instructions Step by Step and then Apply for TRANSCRIPTS ]
Step 1: This application is meant for The candidates who are passed outs/studying from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Kakinada applying TRANSCRIPTS.
Step 2: The students have to pay the amount Rs. 40/- for each transcript ie total amount in Rs is (No of Transcripts *40)
Step 3: The total amount (No of Transcripts *40) can be paid either by making online Payment (using Master/Visa Credit/Debit (ATM) cards) or by making the payments at any branch of SBI.
Step 4: The university provide only Bank Payment procedure for applying transcripts no need to upload scannned copies
Step 5: After total fee Payment ie (No of Transcripts *40 rs),take the print out of payment details and submit along with transcripts application form and the copies of the certificates for which transcripts are required dualy attested by the principal of the college to the University Examination Section by Concernd applicant only.

Offline Process :
1. The students who require their transcripts have to submit duly filled – in prescribed application for issue of transcripts, to the Principal, along with the necessary total amount of fee (Rs. 40/- per transcript) in the form of DD. The D.D. for the total amount of fee must be in favour of the Registrar, JNT University Kakinada, payable at Kakinada, drawn on any Nationalized Bank.

2. Xerox copies of all the certificated attested by the Principal concerned.
3. Submit the above documents at students service counters - JNTUK
Note : Transcripts are issued on the same day.
