I. APPLY ONLINE MODE - OD APPLICATION IN ONLINE MODE :

1. User Registration / User Login, then Upload the below documents.
2. A scanned Xerox copy of the original PC
3. A scanned Xerox copy of the original CMM (Required for UG)
4. A scanned Xerox copies of the original Marks Memos for all the semesters (Required for PG)
5. A scanned Xerox copy of the original SSC Certificate
6. Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card
7. Recent passport size color photograph

Payment Details: Make the payment through SBI COLLECT [ How to Make Payment through SBI Collect ]

II. APPLY ONLINE TATKAL MODE - OD APPLICATION IN ONLINE TATKAL MODE

1. User Registration / User Login, then Upload the below documents
2. A scanned Xerox copy of the original PC
3. A scanned Xerox copy of the original CMM (Required for UG)
4. A scanned Xerox copy of the original Marks Memos for all the semesters (Required for PG)
5. A scanned Xerox copy of the original SSC Certificate
6. Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card
7. Recent passport size color photograph

Payment Details:

• Make the payment through SBI COLLECT [ How to Make Payment through SBI Collect ]
• The payment amount is Rs.1500/- + Normal OD fee [ Calculate Normal OD Fee ]

III. APPLY OFFLINE TATKAL MODE - OD APPLICATION IN OFFLINE TATKAL MODE

Upload and Submit the following documents to the University Examination Center Counter, JNTUK, to apply for the Tatkal offline OD certificate.

1. User Registration / User Login, then Upload the below documents
2. A scanned Xerox copy of the original PC
3. A scanned Xerox copy of the original CMM (Required for UG)
4. A scanned Xerox copy of the original Marks Memos for all the semesters (Required for PG)
5. A scanned Xerox copy of the original SSC Certificate
6. Xerox copy of Aadhaar Card
7. Recent passport size color photograph
